Some mornings, my mom will turn on Sesame Street while she gets ready, and I usually just sit on the couch with my juice and Bunny Blanket the whole time. This morning, however, I had a new idea! See what my mom found when she came out to check on me:

I guess I just needed a mid-morning candy break! I went straight for the good stuff, too -- the chocolate!

I LOVE this guy! We went to eat Mexican tonight after my mom's 37 week checkup and had the best time. Who knows, maybe the next time we go to eat Mexican, we'll have to get a table for four :)

Happy Birthday to me! That's right, I turned 2 years old today, and I think I just had the best weekend of my life so far! Yesterday was my birthday party and it had all of my favorite things: cake, balloons, Elmo decorations, Granny & Gramps, Grandmommy & Granddaddy, my parents, and presents! With every present I opened, I would say, "Oh, wow!" Then, today, I went to the 2 year old classroom at church and loved it. And tonight, we went to John Stanley's baby shower and got to eat more cake. A weekend could not be any better than that!

This weekend, I went to a birthday party at a children's museum. There were all different rooms where I got to try out different career choices. As you can see below, I tried being a computer programmer, hair stylist, sound technician, receptionist, dentist, and a mom at the grocery store.

I enjoyed everything I tried, so who knows what I will become when I grow up! One thing I know, however, is that I will not be a fire fighter...

Our friends, Sally & Matt, got married today in Ft. Meyers, FL. Though we couldn't be there, we are so excited for them & love them very much. Congratulations, Mr. & Mrs. Deroo!

I went to Uncle Kevin's work today & had lunch with him. He also fed me dessert, of course - good ol' Uncle Kevin would never turn down an opportunity to get me on a sugar high right before sending me home with mom!

I played dress up in my princess outfit today. Here I am swinging my baby doll in my "pretty dress", as I call it.

I was in Augusta all weekend for Sara & Brian's wedding. Sara was the sweetest bride ever and even gave me a kiss right before she got in the car to leave for her honeymoon!

I love purses and bags and can't leave home without one these days.

I got to see Grandmommy on her birthday and help her open her present.


As you can tell, I was very interested to see what she got.
