I love setting things up (I may be an event planner in the making!) and one of my favorite things to make is a bed...on the floor. Here are me and John Stanley enjoying the fruits of my labor.

We spent all week at Vacation Bible School. It was a bit of a hard week for me because there were too many people telling me what to do too much of the time (ie. "sit here", "play this game now", "time to paint", etc). It definitely goes against my nature to be that cooperative. Unfortunately, all of our pictures were blurry, but you can still see the proof that I was somewhat compliant when it came time to perform our song!

John Stanley and I are much more into having a conversation with each other than smiling at the camera...

When my parents woke up on Sunday morning, they came into the den and found this:

I love to organize things, and John Stanley's cars are no exception. Here are ALL of John Stanley's cars perfectly lined up and ready for a parade!

The next morning, I found a box of these rectangle things that I had never seen before. My mom informed me that they are called cassette tapes. I was fascinated by them and proceeded to play with them for an hour making "bird houses"...

I must have grown in the last couple of weeks because when I got on my bike today, my feet reached the pedals much better than they had a few weeks ago!

There have been quite a few creative moments at the dinner table that my mom has not caught on camera. One was when I pointed out how I made the letter "C" by biting my cucumber. Another time I put a pancake over my eye and exclaimed, "I'm a pirate! Arrrg!". This moment (that my mom did catch on camera) I made a sailboat with my capri sun straw and pizza...
